4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.

Subscription Plans

After the free trial, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans include:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription (with discount)

Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account
• Cancellation must be done through your app store account settings
• Refunds are subject to app store policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

Community Guidelines

When participating in community features, you additionally agree NOT to:

• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
• Share personal information of yourself or others without consent
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Spam, flood, or repeatedly post similar content
• Share content that violates intellectual property rights
• Post content that encourages self-harm or dangerous behavior
• Use the community to promote external products, services, or websites
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Engage in trolling, bullying, or deliberately offensive behavior

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Personal Content

You retain ownership of personal content you create in the App (journal entries, notes, private messages, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and process this content to provide our services.

Community Content

When you post content in community areas, you:

• Retain ownership of your original content
• Grant us and other users a non-exclusive license to view and interact with your community posts
• Represent that you have the right to share the content you post
• Acknowledge that community content may be visible to other users
• Agree that we may remove content that violates these Terms or community guidelines
• Understand that deleted content may remain in backups for a reasonable period

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review, monitor, and moderate community content
• Remove content that violates our guidelines or Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies
• Use automated systems to detect and remove inappropriate content
• Preserve content for legal or safety reasons when necessary

Our Content

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and cancelling your subscription through your app store account.

Community Violations

Specific to community features, we may take the following actions for violations:

• Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning
• Content Removal: Violating posts will be removed
• Temporary Suspension: Community access may be temporarily restricted
• Permanent Ban: Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent community ban
• Account Termination: Severe violations may result in full account termination

Upon termination, your community content may be preserved to maintain the integrity of ongoing discussions, but your ability to post new content will be removed.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or other means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
